Location is perfect. From Airport, take Metro to Burjuman Metro Station, then use Exit 2, only 3 minute walk down main road. Many restaurants nearby and across the street is Burjuman Shopping Mall with Food Courts and Carrefour (use Metro access to cross the street) The Hotel room itself is a bit worn, some lights not working, bathroom handle loose etc and some noise from the Hotel's Disco Club, but still an acceptable stay. Next time I would not pay extra for Breakfast, not quite Western taste, I would use Food Court across the street. Large comfortable bed and bath.

Very nice people running the hotel, great location and a reasonable price. Lots of great little cafes in the streets around and behind with Indian, Bangladeshi, Korean, Chinese, Lebanese etc food. If you like to party, several lively clubs. If you want things quiet, make sure to ask for one of the rooms away from the clubs. These days, I would rather stay in a Hotel with character like this than a bland identikit international chain.

Special thanks to Ms Mae at the reception and Mr Ali who helped us with our bags. They were very courteous and pleasant in their attitude. Location was brilliant. Dubai RTA (Road Transport Authority) is fantastic. superb connectivity and easy access to metro, buses and taxis.
